June 20, 2014 - Chris Madden Racing (CMR) made the short tow to Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney, South Carolina tonight for the 16th Annual 'Grassy Smith Memorial.' The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series once again presided over the storied race, which drew 28 competitors to vie for the $10,000 top prize. Chris Madden knocked down the sixteenth quickest lap during qualifying tonight and later grabbed the fourth transfer spot through his loaded heat race. After starting the 50-lap feature from the outside of the fifth row, Chris was able to move up two spots during the 'Grassy Smith Memorial' to earn a solid eighth place performance. June 11, 2014 - Chris Madden Racing (CMR) made a rare stop at the nearby Laurens County Speedway in Laurens, South Carolina on Tuesday night, June 10 for the annual 'Laurens County Shrine Race.' The Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series presided over the single-day show, which paid $3,500 to the winner. Chris Madden timed in eighth quickest during the qualifying session, which locked him into the outside of the fourth row for the start of the 35-lapper. The Gray Court, South Carolina star then picked off three competitors during the race en route to a fifth place showing behind only victor Dennis Franklin, Zack Mitchell, Brandon Overton, and Ross Bailes. June 8, 2014 - Chris Madden and his #44 CMR team invaded the famed Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio from June 5-7 for the 20th edition of the 'Dirt Late Model Dream.' Things kicked off at the 1/2-mile, high-banked speedplant with a pair of Twin 25 preliminary events. On Thursday night, Chris ran second in his heat race prior to picking off a couple of competitors during his $2,500 to win feature en route to a sixth place effort. At Eldora on Friday evening, Chris once again finished second in his heat race and later climbed up to fifth in his $5,000 to win main event to finish behind only winner Dale McDowell, Darrell Lanigan, Jason Feger, and Scott Bloomquist in the 25-lap sprint.
The tension mounted on Saturday at the "Big E," as a whopping $100,000 top prize was on the line in the 20th Annual 'Dirt Late Model Dream.' Chris earned a second place finish in heat race action for the third straight night, which locked him into the outside of the fifth row for the start of the 100-lap crown jewel extravaganza. NDRL KING OF MISSISSIPPI NIGHTLY RESULTS
April 19, 2014 - The inaugural version of the 'King of Mississippi' weekend wrapped up tonight at "The Mag," as a $12,500 top prize was on the line for the NDRL Super Late Models. Chris Madden posted the fourth fastest lap in Group B during the qualifying session and later scored the win in heat race action. After drawing the pole position prior to the 60-lap feature event, Chris ran amongst the top five throughout the distance at Magnolia Motor Speedway. April 18, 2014 - Chris Madden Racing (CMR) ventured to Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, Mississippi tonight for the start of the lucrative 'King of Mississippi' weekend. Chris Madden clicked off the seventh fastest lap in Group B during National Dirt Racing League (NDRL) time trials prior to being collected in a heat race incident with Jonathan Davenport. Chris was forced to take use of series provisional to advance into the $7,500 to win main event and later started the 40-lapper from the twenty-third position. The Gray Court, South Carolina star was then able to gain seven spots during the caution-free affair and was placed sixteenth in the final finishing order.

Officials have announced that Sunday, April 13 will be used as the rain date with gates opening at 2:00pm and hot laps beginning at 6:00pm. April 6, 2014 - Chris Madden Racing (CMR) returned to Dirt Late Model competition on Saturday evening, April 5 at Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tennessee. The Old Man's Garage Spring Nationals tour rolled into the 1/2-mile speedplant to preside over a $6,000 to win showdown. Chris Madden laid down the quickest lap of the 31 entrants during the qualifying session, which locked him into the pole position for the 50-lap main event. March 2, 2014 - "Smokey" Chris Madden continued the stellar start to his 2014 campaign over the February 28-March 2 weekend, as he claimed his second feature win of the young season in the 17th Annual 'Bama Bash' at the historic East Alabama Motor Speedway in Phenix City, Alabama! On Friday night, Chris laid down the fastest lap in his group during National Dirt Racing League (NDRL) qualifying and later scored the win in his loaded heat race. After rolling off from the inside of the second row in Saturday's 75-lap 'Bama Bash,' Chris paced the strong field on two different occasions from laps 29-45 and 55-75. February 8, 2014 - Chris Madden and his #44 CMR team wrapped up the three-day 'Super Bowl of Racing' tonight at Golden Isles Speedway, as the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series presided over another $10,000 to win televised showdown. Chris laid down the fastest lap overall during the qualifying session, but a crank trigger issue in the heat race dropped him to a fourth place finish. After starting the 50-lap main event from the outside of the seventh row, Chris vaulted to as high as seventh by the midway point in the race. Unfortunately, more mechanical woes sent the Gray Court, South Carolina ace pitside and relegated him to a disappointing eighteenth place effort.
